111 - DMC Embroidery Silks

DMC Embroidery Silks are available in every colour and hue of the rainbow. Made from the best long staple cotton in the world.

They are mercerised twice to produce a soft, shiny, silky thread with excellent resistance to light and washing. 6 strands easily seperated to use either seperately, together.

Variegated Silks are dyed in blended shades from light to dark. They are particularly useful where different shades are needed, eg leaves and flowers - they are not a single shade of colour  but tonal.
